Privacy Policy

This page covers the ModMan website (michalaferber.github.io/ModMan) — a static user guide and download page for a free Farming Simulator 19 mod manager. The short version: it collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and the app itself runs entirely on your own PC.
What the site collects
Only privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics, via a self-hosted Plausible instance (plausible.thompsonblack.us). Plausible:
- sets no cookies and uses no cross-site or persistent identifiers;
- does not collect or store personal data or full IP addresses;
- records only aggregate counts — page views, referrer, and coarse device/country — that can't be tied back to you.
There is no advertising, no fingerprinting, and no Google/Meta tracking of any kind.
Hosting
The site is served by GitHub Pages. As with any web host, GitHub may process standard request logs (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site; that processing is governed by GitHub's Privacy Statement.
The app itself
ModMan is a desktop Windows application that runs entirely on your own PC. It does not connect to the internet, upload anything, or phone home. It only reads and writes your local Farming Simulator 19 files — game settings and mod folders — on your machine.
Your choices
Because no personal data is collected and no cookies are set, there's nothing to opt out of, export, or delete. Blocking the analytics domain in your browser has no effect on the site's functionality.
